Traeth Bar & Grill in New Quay, West Wales is now open daily for breakfast through dinner and everything in between.
Our relaxed atmosphere welcomes you for casual all day dining and drinking, either inside or out on our balcony overlooking the harbour. We would love you to drop by with friends, family or alone on a whim to enjoy our company and our spectacular view of Cardigan Bay; we can even arrange accommodation if you want to stay overnight.
We offer hearty or light breakfasts, brunch and bistro style lunches. In the evening we move things up a notch with a daily changing dinner menu featuring wonderfully cooked, amazingly fresh and locally sourced honest food.
The bar area is the perfect place to unwind with a coffee and homemade cake, browse the papers, enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive list, or make use of the free wifi.
